Ian. don't think it is Pedois humerana which either has a costal band from the base to about half way or if no band is lacking the basal bar.
Plectobela sp. ANIC1 is also missing the basal bar

I did not suggesr Plectobela undxescribed species because the moth in this sighting has a a very black thorax, unlike that presumed species.

looks rather yellower than the Pilostibes on BOLD with dark crescent on the forewing..

My apparent suggestion of Pilostibes (genus) appears to be a typo on my behalf, I have deleted it.
