I tried Metallic Sedge Moth Glyphipterix meteora on iNat but Axel disagreed and said "maybe platidysema". I am not convinced the markings match but neither does anything else I could find. It is currently in a container on my kitchen bench. This was the closest I could find Glyphipterix platydisema (A Gem moth (Gliphypterigidae))

It will be interesting to see what Axel says. As far as I can see Glyphipterix platydisema does not have the white ring around its neck/shoulders.
