Dear Tapirlord, Thank you for the explanation, much appreciated.

Yeah started rotting and then the canopy, the tree's top half, fell between 2019 and 2021 while i was away staying with my ill elderly mother (who 85 yo passed in 2024 Feb.) .
The trunk, tree's bottom half, rotted and fell in subsequent few years from 2021.
Huge branches some ca. 2+m diameter were on the ground around the trunk base, and then the trunk base both rotted and fell.

Simultaneously with the canopy gap light availability and moreso more recently ca. 2023 to present, many rain forest gaps regeneration plants' spp. prolifically grow.
Of which i have so many sightings–photographs of this rain forest specific gap patch regeneration.
Some i have uploaded here, and many i have yet to upload here, in NatureMapr.
Notable example all of my _Solanum magnifolium_ sightings and many many photographs, from this regeneration patch here.

I believe this tree had fallen when I visited in 2025. Nice to see it looking healthy
