Good spotting! We have been waiting to see thr flowers to confirm it is not gorse which has similar leaves and has been sighted just there previously.

@Cuumbeun this is Yorkshire Fog (Holcus lanatus). It's also a common weed of damp sites. It has purplish spikelets and often a silvery blue colour to the leaves and stems.
