Probably not E. proximella I suggest, although that species can be quite variable in appearance given what I see online. This moth has distinctly white bases to its labial palps.

I suggest this 'looks like Eulechria psilopla which does have white bases to its labial palps and they are less promininent than in E. proximella. There are whitish wing tips which also seems to fit (see ALA). See also sighting No. 4537164.
