Hi FOS - I think these are Rainbow Lorikeets (Trichoglossus moluccanus). Unfortunately I'm not a moderator, so I can't confirm the ID but if you edit your sighting to ID them as Rainbow Lorikeets it's more likely to come to a moderator's attention.

Sorry about the image; the phone wanted to focus on the St John's wort. I recorded the sighting because it was in the same spot as flame robin. The bird seemed to behave like a shrikethrush.
